View All Active Instructor Users at a Glance

[Compilatio Magister and Magister+]

Whether your instructors use Compilatio Magister or Magister+ through their LMS (Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas…) or directly via the Compilatio interface, their “activated” status is now visible, along with the date of their last activity. This gives you a complete overview of Compilatio usage within your institution.

Compilatio coordinators can access this information in the “Users” tab of the Admin interface.

💡 Global monitoring, simplified management, transparency

First Analysis Free with the Top 3 Sources Detected

[Compilatio Studium]

💡 Free trial, improvement, glimpse of effectiveness

As an Administrator, Clearly Navigate Your Users’ Accounts

[Compilatio Magister and Magister+]

To enhance trust and security, when an administrator accesses a user’s account, a colored banner appears at the top of the screen with the message “You are logged in as [User’s Name].” This helps clarify actions taken and prevents any confusion.
Useful in cases such as reviewing an analysis result or investigating a potential bug in a teacher’s account.

💡 Transparency, security, control

Manage Your Institution’s Compilatio Activity More Easily with an Enhanced Interface

[Compilatio Magister and Magister+]

The new admin interface of Compilatio Magister and Magister+ simplifies your daily management with brand-new features:

  • View your Compilatio contacts for easier communication (in the “Subscription and Services” tab).

  • Referral options to offer free analyses to students or recommend Compilatio to other institutions (in the “Referral” tab).

  • New indicators to monitor institutional usage of Compilatio: active users, document analysis details, LMS usage… (in the “Usage Statistics” tab).

  • Access documents from former users after account deletion and anonymization—for comparison purposes (in the “Archives” tab).

💡 Management, traceability, support

Access the Selected Type of Suspicious Passages Directly from the “Summary” Tab

[Compilatio Magister and Magister+] [Compilatio Studium]

With the “View Passages” button in the “Summary” tab, directly access the corresponding passages in the “Points of Interest” tab for faster, smoother navigation between similarities, potentially AI-generated texts, and altered texts.

💡 Smoothness, speed, efficiency

Collaborate Efficiently with Folder Sharing Between Users
[Exclusive to Compilatio Magister+]

Easily share your analysis folders with fellow teachers and assign them specific roles:

  • “Editor” for almost full access (adding documents, launching analyses, editing reports…)

  • “Reviewer” for read-only access (view documents, read and download analysis reports…)

This permission management lets you fully control who can act on your content while facilitating collaborative work within your teaching team.

💡 Collaboration, convenience, speed
