To enhance trust and security, when an administrator accesses a user’s account, a colored banner appears at the top of the screen with the message “You are connected as [User’s Name].” This helps clarify actions taken and prevents any confusion.
Useful in cases such as reviewing an analysis result or investigating a potential bug in a teacher’s account.
